Qualifications

Minimum:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business (Master’s preferred)
  • 6+ years of experience in program management, performance management, or enterprise operations

Desired:

  • Experience supporting executive operating reviews, KPI governance, or enterprise performance management
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights
  • PMP or CAPM Certification (preferred)


Position Summary:

Our team enables  executives by providing clear line of sight into performance against the company’s most critical KPIs, managing enterprise reporting processes, and ensuring consistency in executive and regulatory deliverables. The team governs KPI development, target setting, and standardized operating review materials, while delivering high-impact reporting and enterprise initiatives across the organization.

This Senior Program Manager role supports enterprise project execution and executive operating rhythem standard work, including operating reviews, metric governance, and target-setting processes. The role partners closely with cross-functional leaders across Engineering, Planning & Strategy, Operations, and Data teams to drive alignment, accountability, and high-quality performance insights.

The Senior role leads execution of enterprise initiatives, driving progress across stakeholders with guidance from expert SMEs and leadership.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead coordination and execution of enterprise operating reviews (weekly, monthly, quarterly), ensuring alignment to standardized processes, timelines, and outputs
  • Support the development, governance, and continuous improvement of enterprise KPIs, including definitions, methodologies, and performance narratives
  • Partner with functional leaders to support annual target setting, including alignment to executive goals and performance frameworks
  • Manage cross-functional deliverables tied to enterprise initiatives and executive reporting cadences
  • Review and quality-assure executive-level metric submissions, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment to enterprise standards
  • Facilitate cross-functional discussions to resolve data gaps, performance variances, and metric ambiguity
  • Develop executive-ready materials (scorecards, summaries, performance insights) that enable decision-making and performance transparency
  • Drive consistency in reporting by aligning outputs to a “single voice” across functions
  • Build and maintain stakeholder alignment by clearly communicating expectations, timelines, and roles

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead execution of enterprise projects and initiatives related to KPI governance, operating reviews, and target-setting processes
  • Own tracking and delivery of key milestones across cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring accountability to timelines and deliverables
  • Apply structured problem solving to identify drivers of performance and support development of corrective actions
  • Facilitate effective cross-functional and executive meetings to drive alignment, decisions, and issue resolution
  • Translate complex performance data into clear, concise, executive-ready insights
  • Perform quality assurance on enterprise deliverables, including reconciliation of data and narratives for consistency
  • Escalate risks and remove barriers to ensure delivery against committed timelines
  • Ensure deliverables align to established enterprise standards, processes, and reporting expectations
  • Identify and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, data quality, and reporting effectiveness
