Job Description

Job Title: Senior Network Analyst
Location: Cayce, SC 29033, or Richmond, VA (Hybrid)
Duration: 12 Months (Possibility of Extension)
 
Description:
  • Configure and install network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS).
  • Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations.
  • Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
  • Monitor network resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning.
  • Provide Level 2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues.
  • Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure.
  • Select and implement security tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the company’s security team
  • Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
 
Must have skill sets (technical/functional):
  • MPLS, Cisco ACI, CISCO ISE, SD-WAN technologies, Wireless
  • F5 load balancing, Infoblox, SolarWinds
  • 7 years of networking experience
  • Cloud-based connectivity (AWS, Azure)
  • RoIP, Multicast, Voice over WLAN, WiFi
  • Packet decoding technology
  • Experience with NERC CIP environments
 
Nice to have skill sets:
  • Firewall exp
  • RoIP
  • Multicast
 
Soft skill requirements:
  • Team player
  • good listener
 
Required Education and certifications/licensures:
  • Bachelor, Other Education: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Math or Business or technical equivalent.
