Job title: Senior IS Recruiter Duration: 12 Months assignment Location: Columbia, SC. 29223. Hybrid (4 days remote and 1 day onsite) Shift: M-F, 40hrs/week Pay rate: $40.10/hr.
Summary: Sources, screens, and recruits candidates for professional, managerial, and all related technical positions in the company. Works with management to define candidate qualifications. Ensures compliance with federal contracts, labor laws, and corporate recruiting policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
50% Sources, identifies, and screens entry-level, professional, and managerial candidates for technical positions at corporate and its subsidiaries.
20% Schedules candidate interviews with managers and/or designated staff, including travel arrangements and accommodations.
10% Researches multiple recruiting channels, including colleges, job fairs, employee referrals, websites, recruitment firms, newspapers, and other sources, and makes recommendations for their use.
10% Participates in outreach functions to raise public awareness of technical employment opportunities at corporate and its subsidiaries.
10% Extends job offers to selected candidates at the direction of the hiring manager. Ensures required pre-hire documentation is completed. Resolves problems related to relocations, internal transfers, and visa issues (i.e., h1-b, f2, TN).
Required Education: Bachelor's degree Any Major or 4 years human resources related work experience. Required Work Experience: 7 Years Technical recruiting experience. Languages: English.
