Senior Finance Analyst

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Finance Analyst to join our Costa Rica Shared Services team. This role supports key financial processes and helps ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance across the business.

You’ll be responsible for processing PRs/POs, including Amazon and Brex purchases, preparing monthly accruals, and supporting Close Budget vs. Actual (BVA) analysis. You’ll also maintain Contract Economics tracking and support SOX documentation to help ensure financial integrity and compliance.

What You’ll Do

Spend Management & Purchase Review

• Process and review Purchase Requisitions (PRs), Amazon, and Brex purchases against company policy.
• Document and escalate purchase requests exceeding USD $250K based on business justification policy.

Close Support & Accruals

• Prepare monthly accruals and support Close Budget vs. Actual (BVA) analysis.
• Provide support for ad hoc requests from Prague Finance leadership during Close and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) cycles.

Financial Tracking & Planning

• Maintain Contract Economics tracking.
• Support workforce and budget consolidation inputs for Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and forecast cycles.

Compliance & Documentation

• Assist with critical SOX documentation to support compliance and financial integrity.

What You Bring

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in FP&A or accounting.
• Proven experience with PR/PO processing and spend management.

Systems

• Highly proficient with enterprise-level financial tools such as Anaplan, SAP, NetSuite, or similar systems used to manage complex financial data.

Communication & Collaboration

• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven ability to build trust-based relationships with cross-functional global stakeholders, particularly in a shared services environment.
