Work Schedule: 6 days / week, 10 - 12 hours/day (OT beyond 40 hours at 1.5x) | 4 days off every 4 weeks Travel: 100% Travel (Mandatory), No base location preference Candidate deployed directly to project site Stay on project until completion - then redeployed Per Diem offered - $150/day (continuous, even on off days | Travel home = paid from per diem)

Job Summary:
Site safety program execution
OSHA compliance + audits
Incident investigation + reporting
Safety walkthroughs with subcontractors
Hazard assessments / pre-task planning
Maintain safety documentation (audit-ready)
Coordinate with PMs + safety teams
Must-have:
Construction safety experience (field environment)
Senior: 10 - 15/20 yrs, lead safety on site (independent)
Strong backgrounds:
Construction (field or safety roles)
Military (high success rate)
Certifications (nice to have):
CHST / STSC - preffered
CSP - good for senior (not required)
Other must-have:
Basic Microsoft skills (Excel, PowerPoint, reporting)
