Job Description
Responsible for leading direct marketing print, web, email, and television copy for Annual Enrollment and Open Enrollment sales materials.
• Brainstorms and collaborates with the other team leads to determine appropriate brand messaging for communications projects
• Develop and presents the best alternatives to meet cost/benefit, budget, and corporate marketing strategy requirements.
• Follows client's visual identity brand guidelines, content, and tone of voice guidelines. Follows client's guidelines so content is compliant with regulatory and trademark requirements.
• Supervises creation of internally developed projects for design and direct marketing best practices
Hiring Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years professional experience in a corporate, agency or studio design environment with increasing responsibility
• Minimum of 5 years professional experience specializing in direct marketing
• Portfolio of produced direct marketing content including direct mail and multiple direct response TV spots 60 seconds or longer
• Direct marketing experience with regional or national brands
• Strong professional references

• Deep knowledge of direct marketing best practices
• Strong organizational and communication skills with ability to meet strict deadlines
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
• Located in Eastern or Central time zone
