Working within a global, intrapreneurial team, the Beneficiary will perform applied research and advanced engineering to build groundbreaking 5G technologies from the ground up, assess competition, and generate intellectual property. As the primary owner of all DevOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure operations for the project, the Beneficiary will lead activities to implement strong automation strategies across development teams, support developers, and manage both on-premise and cloud-based infrastructure to ensure high availability, scalability, and system reliability.
Kubernetes (K8s) Management: Drive containerization and orchestration strategies using Kubernetes. Design, deploy, scale, and maintain high-availability Kubernetes clusters to support 5G OAM and infrastructure software.
Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Own the automation of infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and network management across development, test, and production environments.
Ensure environment consistency, security compliance, and optimal resource utilization across all development and deployment infrastructure.
2. End-to-End CI/CD Pipeline Design & Automation
Pipeline Development (Jenkins): Design, implement, and maintain scalable, declarative CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins to support 5G development teams from code commit to deployment.
Advanced Scripting: Write, optimize, and maintain extensive automation scripts using Groovy (specifically for Jenkins Shared Libraries and pipeline customization), Python, and Shell/Bash to automate manual processes and optimize build/release workflows.
Automate integration, regression testing, and deployment verification processes to improve release speed and reliability.
3. System Observability, Monitoring & Logging (ELK Stack)
ELK Stack Implementation: Design and maintain a robust logging, monitoring, and alerting architecture using the ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana).
Configure system and application logs, establish performance dashboards in Kibana, and set up proactive alerting mechanisms to troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues rapidly.
4. Technical Leadership & Collaborations
