Job Description

Job Title:  Senior Customer Service Representative
Requires a bilingual individual (French/English)
Shift: 11am-7pm
Duration: 6+ Months
Location: Work from Home but must go in office to pick up equipment


Job Description
  • This position is for a seasoned support staff in Customer Service who works independently under moderate supervision for routine situations.
  • He or she conducts research to respond to more difficult customer inquiries and answers, documents and monitors call center interactions.
