Job Title: Senior Associate Project Manager (PMO) Duration: 15 months Location: Remote Note: Timings 8-5 EST Monday to Friday Summary:
The Senior Associate Project Manager manages the end-to-end delivery of business projects. Projects are either moderate in complexity and or a subproject of a larger project. Work is performed with minimal oversight and is reviewed at critical points. Uses evaluation, judgment, and interpretation to select right course of action. Ensures the planning and execution of phases meet the project scope, cost, schedule and quality expectations approved by project stakeholders throughout the project’s lifecycle.
Experience:
No PMP required, MS project Experience, Agile project delivery.
Mange end to end workstream.
Medium to large projects
HCM is a plus.
Good communication.
Day to Day:
PMO duties, coordinating status report, collecting data and communicating info to PM lead.
Ideal:
PMO person. They will be supporting Program Manager supporting PMO office.
Person will be doing reporting and managing smaller type of workstream. This is sitting PMO and supporting PMO office.

Creates and maintains project management deliverables and artifacts e.g., project plans, metrics, schedules, budgets, status reports, resource staffing, vendor management.
Leads the successful adoption of changes by collaborating or partnering with others to assist or lead the design and development of business change impact analysis, communication, training, stakeholder management plans and adoption measurement.
Documents project scope, requirements, work breakdown structures, risks, and follows formal change management processes for scope changes.
Collaborates to identify appropriate business stakeholders, decision makers and subject matter experts and articulate roles and responsibilities.
Collaborates with other functions, organizations or Associate Project Managers e.g. IT, training, finance, human resources, vendor, and procurement management, etc. to meet project success criteria and deliver value.
Leverages quantitative and qualitative data to understand obstacles to delivering business value and address issues.
Monitors team and individual work output and results, escalating when necessary to ensure timeliness and quality.
Elevates risks and issues because of monitoring team and individual work output.
Conducts post implementation reviews including participating in and or leading the review, communicate learnings to team and Associate Project Managers and providing feedback.
Applies broad knowledge of Project Management, Process Improvement, Product Lifecycle Development, Change Management and or other Project Management related best practices, tools and methodologies.
No regular travel required.
Able to work assigned schedule subject to client’s flexible schedule policies and practices.
Education And or Experience: Education and or experiences listed below are the minimum requirements for job entry.
High school diploma GED equivalent or higher and a minimum 7 years of related work experience leading projects and project delivery.
OR bachelor’s degree or higher and a minimum of 4 years related work experience leading projects and project delivery.
