Job Title: Senior AI Engineer Duration: 26 months Location: Denver, CO
Job Summary:
Lead discovery sessions to translate business problems into scalable AI, LLM, and RAG based solution requirements.
Design and implement LLM workflows, retrieval augmented generation pipelines, vector store integrations, and prompt strategies that deliver accurate and safe AI outputs.
Build and optimize Python based AI components, including embedding generation, model orchestration, evaluation scripts, and automation tools.
Collaborate with data engineering teams to prepare high quality datasets, define transformation logic, and ensure reliable data pipelines for model training and retrieval.
Architect and deploy AI solutions on AWS, ensuring performance, cost efficiency, and secure data access across services.
Develop prompt templates, guardrails, evaluation metrics, and safety checks to reduce hallucinations and improve model reliability.
Conduct testing and validation of AI systems, including retrieval quality, model accuracy, latency, and user experience.
Document AI architectures, data flows, and model behavior to support transparency, governance, and responsible AI practices.
Partner with product and business teams to prioritize AI features, run experiments, and deliver measurable business value.
