Join Client and help us leave the world better than we found it. Client Retail is looking for an expert search engine marketing professional to join our WW team of digital marketers. The successful candidate will help manage the Paid Search Marketing program, with a focus on our Paid Search and Shopping programs across the Americas (US, Canada, Latin America). Our team is responsible for driving sales of all of the iconic products available in our stores, as well as driving awareness around retail’s programs and value propositions across the region. The position requires a hands-on, get-the-job-done, attitude. You understand Search Marketing standard methodologies and can conceive, plan, and deliver complex projects that drive the business forward. You understand that our paid search presence is a critical extension of Client’s marketing - and need to be at the same level of quality as how we design our products. And you’re great at establishing relationships with key partners across the Client organization.
Responsibilities
Hands-on management of Americas search engine marketing program, from planning to tactical execution.
Sets up, launches, tracks and scales campaigns on Google and Bing including text and Google shopping (PLA) ads.
Tracks cost, demand and revenue performance against weekly and quarterly goals, and optimizes to improve value based on performance
Stays ahead of the latest developments in the search engines, digital marketing landscape, and industry tools.
Evaluates opportunities against financial goals and brand fit, testing as appropriate.
Recommend and execute on new tests and beta opportunities
Provides analytical support with our Data Sciences team on campaign performance
Skills
Strong hands-on experience with search engine marketing, bid management systems
Strong direct response marketing experience, being able to demonstrate ways to optimize to achieve a balance between revenue and cost goals.
Problem solver. Ability to find areas of opportunity by looking at data, and also to tell stories based on results in the data.
Experience with account re-organization and full understanding of how to best segment keywords, match types and audiences.
Knowledge and experience managing Google Shopping/Product Listing Ads preferred
Data driven and passionately analytical, Excel power user
Comfortable with ambiguity, and able to work well independently as well as part of a cohesive, high performing team
Highly motivated with ability to thrive in a fluid, demanding, fast-paced environment
Attention to detail with strong organizational and time management /prioritization skills
Qualifications
5+ years experience in Paid Search performance marketing programs
Experience managing and optimizing product feeds highly preferred
Outstanding verbal and written communications
Experience working with a global brand preferred
Google AdWords certification and experience with Bing Ads preferred
Marin (preferred), Adobe, Doubleclick or Kenshoo bid management system experience - Bid Management Platforms
Spanish, Portuguese or French language skills not required but would be advantageous
Education
Bachelor’s Degree Required
