Must-Have Skills
1. Strong documentation, analytical, organizational, and project management skills, including written and verbal communication skills. Ability to engage with diverse stakeholders, maintain strong attention to detail, and demonstrate a highly proactive and responsive work style. Experience liaising with multiple cross-functional stakeholders to gather documentation, secure support and approvals, and build deliverables or seek clarification.
2. Proficiency with knowledge management systems and Google Drive. Experience in creating high-quality presentations, reports, and process documentation.
3. Familiarity with compliance, FinTech, and/or governance functions.
