• Santan Village: 2196 East Williams Field Rd., Gilbert, AZ 85295

• Queen Creek: 20734 East Maya Rd., Queen Creek, AZ 85142

Work Schedule

• Monday–Friday

• Must be available between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Phlebotomy experience is required.

• Must be able to perform daily blood draws and manage the required volume.

• Phlebotomy certification is required.

• Medical Assistant (MA) certification is preferred but not required.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform daily blood draws and laboratory specimen collection and processing.

• Support flu-season vaccination workflows.

• Provide LSS coverage across East Valley offices, including Dana Park, Santan Village, and Queen Creek.

• Parking is available at the work locations.
