About the position
As a member of the Growth team, you will be an early team member at RISE, contributing across operations, strategy, marketing, and partnerships. This role provides hands-on 360 exposure to a fast-growing startup and requires a strong ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
Build and manage a qualified pipeline of schools, counselors, and partner orgs across GCC, UK/EU, India, and North America.
Scope solutions and draft proposals/SOWs (formats, pricing, timelines); negotiate terms and close deals.
Own revenue and partner OKRs; maintain accurate forecasts, stages, and notes in CRM.
Design and run growth experiments (landing pages, emails, webinars, referrals); track CAC, LTV, and funnel conversion.
Develop partner programs with co-branded webinars/events
You’re the ideal candidate if you have
Education & Admissions Knowledge – IB/ICSE/CBSE background with a basic understanding of international university admissions.
Operational & Communication Skills – Project management, attention to detail, and strong written/verbal communication.
Adaptability & Global Exposure – Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup, with international academic or professional experience.
