Title: Contract Coordinator Location: Atlanta Metropolitan area (hybrid) Type: Permanent/Direct-Hire Department: Strategic Pricing
Overview This role is responsible for analyzing, implementing, and maintaining standard, promotional, and custom contracts. The Contract Coordinator partners closely with Sales, Distribution Centers, and Leadership to ensure contract accuracy, pricing integrity, and overall profitability. This is a highly analytical, detail-oriented position supporting pricing strategy and contract lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze, administer, extend, and terminate customer contracts
Partner with Sales and DC leadership to build contract pricing and profitability models
Formulate and coordinate contract proposals for leadership review
Monitor contract performance and ensure compliance with internal policies
Update contract pricing based on manufacturer cost changes (monthly/quarterly)
Review and analyze contract margins on a regular cadence
Compile contract data for IT to support dealer updates and system uploads
Communicate contract changes across leadership, sales teams, and distribution centers
Support ad hoc reporting, spreadsheet modeling, and analytical projects
Hard Requirements
Strong Excel and spreadsheet skills
Ability to analyze pricing, margins, and contract data
Experience working with contracts, pricing, or financial data
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Bonus / Preferred Qualifications
Experience in pricing, contract administration, or distribution environments
Exposure to Microsoft Access
Background supporting sales or pricing teams
Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
