Location: Guaynabo, PR Pay Rate: $16.79/ Hourly Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:45 AM to 4:45 PM, with weekends as needed. Additional Benefits:
Fixed Monthly Car Allowance: $600.00

Responsibilities:
Installs, checks out, operates, maintains, repairs, and modifies equipment.
Provides guidance and training to customer personnel in establishing operation, maintenance, and inspection procedures and techniques.
Analyzes equipment failures to determine cause and recommends corrective action.
Advice and assists in effecting design changes to improve equipment efficiency and/or reduce cost of operation.
Devises and implements preventive maintenance programs and keeps performance and maintenance records on equipment.
Participates in installation planning phase.
Assists technologists and/or management in evaluation of device problems, procedural issues, and documentation and quality issues.
The incumbent will perform other duties as assigned.
Adhere to all environmental, health and safety SOPs, equipment, policies, and procedures, including any department specific requirements.
Completes installations and repair services within time requirements established by service management.
Schedules service calls with customers in accordance with current procedures published by national and regional management.
Provides installation and repair service within time requirements established by service management.
Repair devices in accordance with specific documents or SOPs and complete necessary service documentation.
Performs tests/diagnoses of systems.
Performs controls and test procedures on instruments, equipment, products, or product performance.
Identifies and implements corrective actions on processes and non-conformance issues covered by documentation in accordance with Quality/Regulatory requirements.
Provide suggestions for corrective action based on root cause analysis.
Direct communication with customers and periodic travel to customer sites to perform repairs or preventive maintenance.
Conducts all roles and responsibilities with the ethics and compliance platform.
Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications/Knowledge and Skills:
Bachelors Degree plus 2 years of experience, or associate degree plus 5 years of experience in a related field service, electronics, technical, etc., or In lieu of degree, 5-7 years field service experience.
Ability to read and comprehend material written in English.
Good written communication skills, in English and Spanish.
Ability to work independently Willing to travel (locally and abroad).
Overtime may be required at times.
May require working some holidays and weekends.
Problem solving skills.
Excellent communication ability required.
Basic addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and fractions are required.
Ability to exercise independent judgment and draw accurate conclusions based on available information.
