Job title: Ad Sales I3 Location: Remote - US Duration: 3+ Months Assignment Schedule/Shift: 40 hrs/week This worker will provide administrative support for an agency ad sales team. Tasks included but are not limited to:
Pre-Sale, building media plans, aggregating creative specs, Creative mock requests Post-Sale, End-to-end Salesforce campaign implementation, working with internal teams on creative development, managing campaign setup with AdOps, Monitoring performance, Providing pacing reports General, Investment reports
The role supports the day-to-day execution of ads & promotions campaigns for non-endemic and agency partners.
In this role
You will manage the operational lifecycle of campaigns — from pre-sale planning materials through post-sale implementation, monitoring, and reporting — for non-endemic brands.
You will work cross-functionally with sales, ad ops, and creative teams to ensure campaigns are set up accurately, tracked closely, and reported on consistently.
You will additionally support reporting and tracking processes for agency partnerships.
You will report into Industry Manager, Agency Partnerships.

Build media plans and aggregate creative specs to support the pre-sale process
Create and coordinate creative mocks for advertiser review
Oversee the creative production process from submission through approval
Coordinate campaign setup with ad ops to ensure accurate, timely launches
Monitor campaign performance and flag issues proactively
Prepare and deliver pacing reports throughout each campaign
Handle billing and post-campaign reporting with accuracy and consistency
Produce investment reports summarizing spend and performance across the portfolio
