Occasional onsite attendance required at Salisbury or Mooresville, NC locations for training, project work, and team collaboration. This will be on our freeze weeks where no code is being deployed.
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented POS Analyst to support point-of-sale (POS) deployments, configuration management, hardware implementations, and production support activities.
This position works primarily overnight, supporting deployments and conversions occurring across the retail environment.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong analytical and technical skills, and can effectively coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and store personnel to ensure successful deployment execution and issue resolution.
***This role is primarily remote; however, candidates must reside within approximately two hours of the Salisbury/Mooresville, NC area (up to three hours may be considered based on experience and skill set). ***
During weeks without scheduled deployments, the analyst will be expected to work onsite for training, team collaboration, and project activities at either the Salisbury or Mooresville location.
Experience coordinating with third-party vendors and implementation teams.
