Job Description/ Responsibilities
Lead functional analysis and requirements-gathering activities for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM initiatives.
Conduct stakeholder workshops and translate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
Define and validate Dynamics 365 functional solutions, including configuration, security roles, business processes, forms, views, workflows, and integrations.
Collaborate with technical, integration, testing, and business teams throughout design, build, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
Support system integration testing, user acceptance testing, defect triage, training, and functional documentation.
Ensure requirements traceability, solution quality, and alignment with agreed scope and delivery standards.
Senior role working closely with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, developers, integration teams, and testers.
Key deliverables include functional specifications, user stories, process flows, configuration documentation, traceability, test support, and stakeholder sign-offs.
Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills are required.
Familiarity with Dataverse, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), Data models and CRM entities required
