Department: Production & Operations Experience Required: 10–18 Years (Minimum 5+ years in leadership role) Job Purpose To lead, plan, and oversee the entire fabrication production operations ensuring timely delivery, quality adherence, cost efficiency, workforce management, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes. well conversant knowledge about Fabrication of Pressure vessel, Distillation columns, Reactors as per ASME Section VIII , storage tank structural fabrication, assembly of Skids ( Lube oil skids), metering Skids, Ducting, in different metallurgy including MS, SS and exotic materials.
Key Responsibilities Production Planning & Execution
Plan, organize and control daily fabrication shop activities.
Prepare and execute monthly and weekly production schedules.
Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and material.
Monitor WIP, productivity, and ensure achievement of production targets.
Quality & Process Control
Ensure strict compliance with quality standards, drawings, WPS, PQR, and SOPs.
Coordinate with QA/QC team to address defects, rework and NCRs.
Implement process control techniques and quality improvement initiatives.
Cost, Efficiency & Resource Management
Control production costs, reduce scrap, and improve material yield.
