Job Title: Project Control Officer V
Duration: 12 months (Possibility of extension/conversion)
Location:  Toronto, ON (Hybrid- 4 days onsite- 1 day work from home)
 

Extension possible: Possibility – based off of business needs and performance

Conversion Possible: Possibility – based off of business needs and performance

Schedule: M-F, core business hours – 37.5 hours per week, 7.5 hours per day

OT: Possibility

Rotation: No

Key Role Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

• RAID log management – Ingestion of Risk/Action/Issue/Decision items, maintain coherency/currency of the RAID log
• Reporting – Consolidation / Preparation of reporting materials (Weekly status report, ESC materials, ad-hoc requests)
• Interdependency Management – Consolidation/Tracking of interdependencies across project workstreams as well as outside or project
• Financial Management – Consolidation of monthly costs forecasts, tracking of actual spend and analysis of variances between forecast and actuals
• Project change control – Maintain PCR list and action related tasks/activities
• Artifact management – Organize/track/index required artifacts and log exceptions/exemptions, assist during compliance / delivery assurance reviews
• Schedule Management – track and report on identified tasks/deliverables/milestones, highlight/escalate slippages for action/attention

 
MUST-HAVE Hard Skills:
1.) 10+ years of Project Monitoring and Control Activity experience (Schedule Management, Reporting, RAID Management, Financial Management In-depth
2.) Large project/program delivery experience
3.) Strong stakeholder management experience
4.) Methodology Knowledge (PDLC, Agile, Hybrid)
5.) knowledge of MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project)
6.) JIRA, Confluence, Clarity, SharePoint experience
 
SOFT SKILLS:
1.) Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
2.) Strong time management, priority management skills
3.) Attention to detail and someone who is a self-starter and adaptable
4.) Ability to work with ambiguity/limited direction
 
NICE-TO-HAVE
1.) Banking or financial institution experience
