Job Title: Resource Coordinator (Talent Acquisition Coordinator) Duration: 6 Months Location: Fully Remote (Open to candidates across any province in Canada) Shift Timings: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
Summary The Resource Coordinator (Talent Acquisition Coordinator) supports the Talent Acquisition team by managing post-offer recruitment activities to ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance through the candidate's first day. This role is responsible for coordinating offer letter generation, requisition assignments, background screening, and maintaining a positive candidate and hiring manager experience. The position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while working collaboratively with internal stakeholders.
Roles and Responsibilities
Coordinate post-offer recruitment activities, including requisition assignments, offer letter generation, and background screening.
Manage communications with candidates, hiring managers, and internal/external stakeholders throughout the onboarding process.
Ensure requisitions are assigned in Workday within established service level agreements (SLAs).
Support candidates and hiring managers through the end-to-end post-offer process.
Generate and process offer letters while ensuring all required approvals and documentation are completed accurately.
Monitor and track pre-employment background screening activities and follow up on outstanding requirements.
Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve Workday-related issues affecting offer letters or background screening processes.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal recruitment processes.
Assist with special projects and process improvement initiatives as required.
Collaborate closely with team members while working independently to manage daily priorities.
Must Have Skills
1–3 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration, talent acquisition support, or a related field (less experience considered with a relevant post-secondary education).
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft 365 applications.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks independently while meeting deadlines.
Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume administrative or recruitment environment.
Nice to Have Skills
Previous experience supporting recruiting or sourcing activities.
Experience using Workday.
Previous experience within the banking or financial services industry.
Relevant post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
