Job Title: Lumper

Shift: 2nd Shift | 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM
Pay Rate: $19.83/hour
Duration - 11 months

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable Lumper to join our warehouse team in Arden, NC. This role involves unloading cartons from trailers, sorting and palletizing products, labeling inventory, and preparing pallets for storage and shipment. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and performing physical tasks throughout the shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Unload cartons from trailers and place them onto the conveyor system.
• Inspect cartons and identify products accurately.
• Sort and palletize like items together.
• Apply the appropriate put-away labels to pallets.
• Operate the pallet wrapping machine to securely wrap completed pallets.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company guidelines.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, loading/unloading, or material handling experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move cartons throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail when sorting and labeling products.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Dependable with good attendance and punctuality.
