Experience Required:

• 1–2 years of experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Experience in tool & die fixture making.
• Experience in sheet metal part design and plastic part design.
• Experience leading technical discussions and evaluations with internal design teams, subcontractors, and solution providers.
• Execute the design, analysis, and evaluation of automotive components using sound mechanical engineering principles.
• Responsible for component design and drawing creation as per applicable standards and guidelines.
• Sound knowledge of CAD tools for product development and R&D projects.
• Knowledge and experience working with OEM manufacturers.
• Collaborate with other departments for design reviews, procurement, and assembly of mechanical components/equipment.
• Prepare Bills of Materials (BOM), technical presentations, and related documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues during manufacturing, build, and testing.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, tools, and materials.
• Work as an individual contributor with proven interpersonal and communication skills.
• Contribute through innovation, process improvements, and structured problem-solving.
• Understand project tasks and their relationship to the overall project scope.

Required Technical Skills:

• SolidWorks (Mandatory)
• AutoCAD (Mandatory)
