Job Overview & Key Responsibilities
This is an energetic entry-level position meant for an ambitious on-the-move marketing professional who wants to build
an outstanding career in luxury retail and architectural project sourcing.
? On-Field Scouting: Conduct daily site and field visits to discover upcoming high-end residential projects,
independent design studios, and luxury renovation sites across Pune.
? Brand Pitching: Interface directly with project managers, site contractors, and independent interior designers to
present Minimal Stroke’s bespoke retail catalogs, channeling active warm leads back to the main showroom.
? Network Building: Nurture long-term on-ground relationships with building supervisors, design draftspersons,
and independent consultants.
Mandatory Filters for Sourcing
? Education: Must possess an MBA degree explicitly specialized in Sales or Marketing.
? Logistics: Must own a functional two-wheeler and hold a valid driving license for daily on-field travel across
Pune.
? Intimate structural knowledge of Pune's premium micro-markets, upcoming residential zones, and geographical
layouts.
? High stamina, clear verbal presentation skills, and an excellent attitude toward field target tracking
