A certified BCBA who prefers the center/clinic model: runs a center-based caseload, supervises RBTs on site, and is motivated by growth track, low caseloads, and no driving. Play-based / NET experience is a strong plus for the GA and KC roles.

We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our center-based ABA team. This role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys providing high-quality, evidence-based ABA services in a structured clinic environment while working closely with clients, families, and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Unlike home-based positions, this role is fully center-based, allowing clinicians to focus on delivering exceptional care without the need for travel between client locations.

The successful candidate will manage a center-based caseload, conduct assessments, develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, supervise and mentor RBTs on-site, and collaborate with families to support meaningful client progress. Candidates with experience in Play-Based ABA and Natural Environment Teaching (NET) are highly preferred, particularly for opportunities in the Georgia (GA) and Kansas City (KC) markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and other clinical evaluations.
• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Manage a center-based caseload while ensuring high-quality clinical outcomes.
• Provide direct supervision, coaching, and performance feedback to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Deliver parent and caregiver training to promote skill generalization outside the clinical setting.
• Monitor client progress through ongoing data analysis and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and center leadership to support client success.
• Maintain compliance with BACB ethical standards, payer requirements, and state regulations.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative clinical culture focused on continuous improvement and quality care.

Ideal Candidate

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
• Experience providing ABA services in a center or clinic-based setting.
• Demonstrated experience managing a caseload and supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis principles and evidence-based treatment practices.
• Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing individualized treatment plans.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Experience providing parent and caregiver training.
• Passion for delivering high-quality clinical services and supporting client outcomes.
• Experience with Play-Based ABA and Natural Environment Teaching (NET) is strongly preferred, especially for Georgia and Kansas City locations.
