Job Title: Warehouse Associate II Location: Wilmington, MA Duration: 6 months with possible extension Shift: Day shift (40 hrs/week)
Key Responsibilities
Perform general labor duties including loading, unloading, and moving materials and equipment
Assist with facility setup, breakdown, and rearrangement of workspaces as needed
Conduct routine cleaning and maintenance of interior and exterior facility areas
Remove trash, debris, and recyclable materials from designated areas
Assist with minor repairs and maintenance tasks (painting, patching, fixture replacement)
Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
Support groundskeeping tasks including snow removal, landscaping, and parking lot upkeep
Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines while performing duties
Report any facility hazards, damages, or maintenance needs to the supervisor
Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians) as directed
Receive and distribute deliveries and supplies throughout the facility
