Title - Recruiter, Hourly Plant Location: Delaware Ohio 43015 Duration: 06 Months Shift : Monday to Friday (8am -6pm)
Key Responsibilities
Play a critical role in supporting the growth and transformation of the Services organization.
Build Talent Acquisition expertise through strong relationships, effective processes, and technology.
Manage full-cycle recruiting activities for assigned requisitions.
Partner with HR and business leadership to support hiring needs and organizational objectives.
Successfully recruit talent across Services, Engineering, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Sales functions.
Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing within the Talent Acquisition and HR teams.
Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Identify and implement process improvements that enhance value for customers, the team, and the organization while maintaining a consulting and sales-oriented mindset.
Approach daily responsibilities with a high level of ethics, accountability, discipline, and ownership.
Develop and implement talent programs that support business goals and workforce strategies.
Required Skills
Experience in high-volume recruiting or staffing environments preferred.
Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and projects simultaneously.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload effectively.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and gain buy-in.
Ability to collect, analyze, and present recruiting data and findings to various audiences.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university is required.
Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience at a regional or national level.
Experience in both agency (3rd party) and corporate recruiting environments is preferred.
