Job title: ServiceNow UI Builder
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Remote within US to support central and eastern time zones
 
Job Description:
  • We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow UI Builder to design and develop intuitive, responsive, and domain-separated user experiences for telecom clients using ServiceNow’s Next Experience UI Framework.
  • The candidate will work closely with business analysts, architects, and developers to build and customize Workspaces and Portals that align with telecom workflows and customer service operations.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement custom UI pages using ServiceNow UI Builder and App Engine Studio.
  • Collaborate with telecom business stakeholders to translate requirements into engaging user interfaces.
  • Build reusable components and templates for Workspaces and Portals.
  • Configure record page layouts, widgets, and dynamic user criteria-based views.
  • Ensure seamless integration with telecom modules like TMT, CSM, ITSM, and FSM.
  • Maintain domain separation and multi-tenancy configurations for telecom clients.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and demos.
  • Troubleshoot UI issues and optimize performance across devices.
     
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, with 2+ years in UI Builder
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow’s Next Experience UI Framework (Seismic).
  • Experience with telecom-specific ServiceNow modules (TMT, FSM, CSM).
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS, and Glide APIs.
  • Familiarity with App Engine Studio, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
  • Experience in domain-separated environments and scoped applications.
  • Experience with shopping portal in ServiceNow experience
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
     
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with telecom service providers or network equipment vendors.
  • Exposure to AI/ML integrations within ServiceNow (GenAI, Predictive Analytics).
  • Knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong experience with ServiceNow development
  • Hands-on expertise in UI Builder and Now Experience Framework
  • Design and develop responsive interfaces using ServiceNow UI Builder and Now Experience components
  • Good knowledge of ITSM processes and ServiceNow ITSM applications
  • Experience with JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer and integrations
  • Build and maintain workflows, flows, catalog items, record producers, and business rules
 
Top Skills:
1. 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, with 2+ years in UI Builder.
2. Strong understanding of ServiceNow’s Next Experience UI Framework (Seismic).
3. Experience with telecom-specific ServiceNow modules (TMT, FSM, CSM).
