- Hybrid is 60% in-office and 40% remote, main days that the Schwarzkopf team is in the office are Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Job Description:
- Become a key part of the Influencer & Talent team, supporting the execution of high-volume influencer and celebrity partnerships for Schwarzkopf Professional.
- This role plays a critical part in ensuring all contracted deliverables are executed accurately, on time, and in alignment with brand, PR, and social priorities.
- The Talent & PR Operations Coordinator is an execution-focused role responsible for managing the operational details behind influencer and celebrity programs, enabling Talent Managers to focus on relationship ownership and strategic growth.
Qualifications:
- Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
- 2–4+ years of experience in influencer marketing, talent coordination, social media, PR coordination, or project management.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence interacting with talent, agents, and internal teams.
- Working knowledge of social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and emerging channels.
- Experience tracking deliverables, managing calendars, and working with spreadsheets or project management tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and accountability.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and deadlines.
- Collaborative mindset with a solutions-oriented approach to problem solving.
Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of influencer and celebrity partnerships by managing day-to-day operational tasks tied to contracted deliverables.
- Track and manage service day usage, PR deliverables, and social deliverables across influencer and celebrity contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain detailed trackers and calendars to monitor deliverable status, deadlines, and proof of performance.
- Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and follow-ups with talent, agents, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of commitments.
- Support execution of one-off PR and talent opportunities (e.g., sponsorships, broadcast moments, red carpet activations) by coordinating required pieces and ensuring timely payment and execution.
- Support PR deliverables including interviews, salon appointments, quotes, and testimonials by coordinating schedules, briefing requirements, and follow-through.
- Manage social deliverable timelines across platforms, tracking content submissions, approvals, revisions, and posting confirmation.
- Partner closely with Social, PR, Events, and Brand teams to align execution with broader campaign priorities and timelines.
- Assist with operational logistics including travel coordination, product shipments, gifting, and event preparation as needed.
- Support invoice processing, documentation, and reconciliation tied to influencer and talent execution.
- Provide regular status updates to Talent Managers, flagging risks, delays, or execution issues early.
- Continuously maintain organized systems and processes to improve efficiency and reduce execution friction.
