Job Description:

• Role: Security vulnerability remediation position . This position will provide critical support for ensuring we are able to meet vulnerability SLAs in the combined TEC and TPC environments. They will be using a combination of Tanium and manual remediation tools to achieve this goal, working alongside the ITSS field services team.
• RISK : Impact to ongoing Optum network and device integration

Skills Required: IT Desktop, Tanium, Powershell, communication (written and verbal), and IT troubleshooting skills, ITIL certification preferred
AI Usage: The position leverages CoPilot Web for M365 collaboration and supporting  integration. Post integration, CoPilot will be utilized to provide IT support assistance using self-service bots, chats, troubleshooting, knowledge, and ticket management.
