Schedule: Must be flexible and available to work rotating shifts (day, evening, night)
Note: Candidates must be available to work any shift, as the shifts can frequently change.
Job Description
In accordance with established policies, guidelines, procedures, packaging instructions, and in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), health, safety, and environmental prevention measures, and business procedures/processes, the main tasks of the packaging operator are carrying out all preparation and packaging tasks for pharmaceutical products, cleaning and assembling equipment, cleaning rooms and work areas, performing required inspections and controls for pharmaceutical product packaging, and ensuring the quality of packaged products.

Job Description
In accordance with established policies, guidelines, procedures, packaging instructions, and in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), health, safety, and environmental prevention measures, and business procedures/processes, the main tasks of the packaging operator are carrying out all preparation and packaging tasks for pharmaceutical products, cleaning and assembling equipment, cleaning rooms and work areas, performing required inspections and controls for pharmaceutical product packaging, and ensuring the quality of packaged products.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Cleaning equipment parts, rooms, and surfaces.
- Disassembling, cleaning, and assembling equipment on packaging lines according to procedures and GMP.
- Clearing packaging lines or sections of lines.
- Following GMP procedures and HSE standards.
- Troubleshooting equipment during operation.
- Understanding bottleneck concepts and prioritizing interventions to keep the line running.
- Checking the condition and cleanliness of parts/equipment and the quality of products.
- Starting up certain equipment.
- Completing documentation according to GMP rules and following packaging instructions.
- Handling loads.
- Managing waste and pharmaceutical rejects.
- Participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Checking components.
- Performing sanitation tasks.
- Supplying various hoppers.
- Manual palletizing.
- Performing computer transactions.
- Training colleagues.
- Participating in team committees if required.
- Performing CIL tasks.
- Participating in shift handovers and shift launches.
- Operating certain non-complex equipment.
- Preparing parts for subsequent batches.
- Performing training follow-up tasks if required.
- Moving component pallets between the warehouse and production lines.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Computer skills.
- Knowledge of GMP.
- 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or related field.
- Mechanical aptitude.
