We’re looking for a Senior Motion Designer to lead motion-driven storytelling and elevate how our brand and products come to life through animation. This is a motion-first role with a strong focus on digital product and brand experiences—blending creative concepting with hands-on execution.
You’ll help define how motion enhances clarity, usability, and storytelling across Client’s digital experiences—bringing thoughtful, high-quality animation into product and brand at scale.
Creative things you’ll do:
• Design and deliver motion across digital experiences, including product animations, video content, data visualizations, UI transitions, and interaction states
• Translate complex ideas into clear, compelling visual narratives
• Partner with UX/UI designers, creatives, and developers to integrate motion into product and marketing experiences
• Ensure a consistent, scalable motion language that balances brand expression, usability, and performance
• Create and refine supporting static assets (e.g., illustration, compositing, light design work) as needed
• Uphold and evolve brand standards across digital touchpoints
• Present work, incorporate feedback, and contribute to a collaborative creative culture
What you’ll bring:
• 5+ years of experience specializing in motion design, animation, and concept-driven storytelling

• Strong understanding of motion principles for UX (e.g., transitions, hierarchy, feedback)
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g., reduced motion) and performance optimization
• Experience working closely with product teams and engineering
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
• Clear communication skills and confidence presenting to cross-functional partners
