Job Description
Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Dallas, TX
Duration: Direct-hire, permanent.
Position Overview: Seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to work directly alongside the Director of Recruiting and support hiring efforts across the Dallas and Fort Worth markets. This is the company's first dedicated recruiting hire and a highly visible opportunity with significant growth potential. The individual will serve as the Director's right-hand person and help build the recruiting function as the company continues to scale throughout Texas.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit and hire 8-12 sales professionals per month
• Source, cold call, and build candidate pipelines
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter as the primary sourcing tool
• Conduct candidate screenings and manage the interview process
• Partner directly with leadership on hiring initiatives and company growth
• Build relationships with passive candidates and maintain recruiting pipelines
• Help establish recruiting processes as the organisation continues to grow
Required Qualifications:
• 2-3+ years of recruiting experience
• Sales recruiting experience REQUIRED
• Strong sourcing and cold-calling abilities
• LinkedIn Recruiter experience required
• Staffing/agency recruiting experience preferred
• Experience identifying and recruiting passive candidates
Ideal Candidate:
• High energy, competitive, and results-driven
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, sourcing-heavy environment
• Strong relationship builder with a "grind it out" mentality
• Pursuit backgrounds highly preferred
• Comfortable making outbound calls and sourcing candidates daily
• Looking for someone who wants to grow with the organization long-term
• Self-starter who does not require heavy direction
• Entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable wearing multiple hats
