We are seeking a Sr. Software Engineer with 7 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Spring Boot, graphql, and Java, with a strong background in banking.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using Spring Boot, and Java.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and enhancements
• Ensure the scalability, performance, and reliability of our electronic payment systems
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment
• Implement best practices for software development, including coding standards and testing methodologies
• Work closely with product managers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on technical challenges
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain competitive
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and tools.
• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements in the banking domain.
• Provide technical support and expertise during production incidents and outages
