Our client is reimagining how they enable their global sales, customer success, and partner teams to drive customer value. The Videographer plays a critical role in capturing the real-world stories behind our client's business by filming authentic, documentary-style content that highlights customer outcomes, product impact, and human experiences.
This is a hands-on, field-based role for a highly skilled, self-sufficient videographer who can operate both as a one-person production unit or lead a small crew, when needed. You will be responsible for capturing high-quality video across a variety of environments, including interviews, on-location shoots, live events, and observational documentary footage.
You bring a strong eye for cinematography, lighting, and composition, along with the adaptability to work in dynamic, fast-moving, and professional environments. You are comfortable interacting with subjects, capturing authentic moments, and, when needed, guiding conversations to draw out compelling stories.

Interview Process: Screening, internal portfolio/reel review. 1-2 rounds of interview total
Must haves: Experience filming interviews, experience lighting, experience working as a one-person/small crew all backed by a reel/portfolio.

Responsibilities:-
- Capture high-quality video content across a range of formats, including interviews, documentary-style storytelling, live events, and b-roll.
- Operate as a one-person crew, managing camera, audio, lighting, and on-set logistics independently.
- Set up and execute professional lighting and audio setups in a variety of environments (office, field, event, customer sites).
- Apply strong principles of cinematography, framing, composition, lighting, and camera movement to elevate visual storytelling.
- Film sit-down and in-the-field interviews, creating a comfortable environment for subjects.
- When appropriate, guide or ask interview questions to help draw out authentic, narrative-driven responses.
- Capture supporting footage (b-roll) that enhances story continuity and editorial flexibility.
- Adapt quickly to changing conditions, schedules, and production needs in fast-paced environments.
- Collaborate with producers, editors, and stakeholders to ensure footage aligns with corporate, creative, and narrative goals.
- Deliver well-organized raw footage, synced audio, and project assets to post-production teams.
- Perform light post-production tasks as needed (e.g., basic selects, string-outs, rough assemblies, light editing).
- Lead or coordinate small crews when required, maintaining production quality and efficiency.
- Ensure all production work aligns with brand standards, professionalism, and content goals
Minimum Qualifications:-
- 5+ years of professional experience as a videographer or cinematographer, with a strong documentary or branded content portfolio.
- Proven ability to operate as a self-sufficient shooter (camera, lighting, and audio).
- Advanced knowledge of camera systems, lenses, lighting techniques, and audio capture.
- Strong understanding of cinematography fundamentals, including composition, exposure, color, and movement.
- Experience filming interviews and unscripted, real-world environments.
- Ability to work effectively in corporate, client-facing, and high-pressure environments.
- Strong organizational skills for managing and delivering footage to post-production teams.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional creative teams.
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:-
- Experience with documentary filmmaking or narrative corporate storytelling.
- Comfort conducting or assisting with documentary-style interviews.
- Experience working in enterprise, tech, or corporate environments.
- Familiarity with basic editing workflows (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar).
- Experience leading small production crews on location.
- Ability to anticipate story needs and capture editorially valuable coverage.
- Experience working on enablement content, branded series, or episodic productions
- A passion for empowering people through engaging, innovative edutainment experiences.
- The ability to simplify complexity and make enablement fun, relevant and actionable.
