Title: Machine Operator I
Duration: 8 months
Location: Greenville, WI, 54942
Hours: 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM
Job Summary
Operates basic finishing equipment and tools in accordance with established processes and work instructions. Follows work order requirements, performs quality checks, and adheres to productivity standards. Develops a working knowledge of tools and equipment used in routine machine operations under direct supervision.
Responsibilities
• Operate basic finishing equipment and tools following established procedures
• Follow work order instructions accurately
• Perform routine quality tests and inspections
• Meet productivity and performance standards
• Learn and apply company policies and procedures in daily activities
• Build productive internal working relationships
• Identify and resolve simple problems of limited complexity
• Comply with all required safety practices and regulations
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent vocational qualification
• Less than one year of related experience
