Role: Workers’ Compensation Associate Attorney
Location: Atlanta, GA 30326 (Onsite)

• Onsite Mon - Thu, remote Fridays
• Additional WFH day based on tenure
• No relocation assistance

Role Responsibilities

• Manage ~150 active workers’ comp cases
• Own full lifecycle of cases:
  • Settlement demand prep + documentation
  • Negotiation with insurance carriers/opposing counsel
  • Draft/respond to discovery
  • Conduct depositions (clients, witnesses, experts)
  • Represent clients in hearings/motions/court
• Provide legal strategy + oversight
• Manage caseload independently (with support staff)

Candidate Profile (Must-Haves)

• 0 - 3 years workers’ comp OR related litigation experience
• Active Georgia Bar (required)
• JD from ABA - accredited school
• Comfortable managing high-volume caseload (~150 cases)
