Job Title: High Risk Incident Coordinator
Location: Fully Remote
Duration: 6 months’ Assignment
Shift/Hours: 40hours/week, M to F
Note: The role may include occasional work at client office or attendance at offsites, as agreed to with your manager (quaterly basis)

Summary:
- As a High-Risk Incident Coordinator, you will be responsible for conducting retrospective analyses of the most severe online and offline incidents in relation to the operability of current state Fraud & Safety Operations (FSO) defenses.
- Your main objective will be to identify and inform potential remediation opportunities and provide insights for future defense expansion capabilities.
- Perform investigative reviews of severe incidents to analyze the effectiveness of current defenses.
- Identify potential remediation opportunities and recommend appropriate actions to improve defenses.
- Partner with Platform, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to analyze and communicate the effectiveness of defenses.
- Provide insights and feedback to experts for future expansion capabilities.
- Collaborate with individuals and teams across FSO to ensure comprehensive analysis and remediation.
- Assist in the management and coordination of remediation efforts for identified issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation of findings and recommendations.
- Manage special projects, including the development and maintenance of an internal risk register, and oversee other ad hoc requests to support organizational risk mitigation and operational priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security, Risk Management) or equivalent; MBA preferred.
- 5-7 years of hands-on experience managing or investigating severe incidents related to user safety, fraud, or abuse within digital platforms, ideally in Trust & Safety or Risk Operations roles.
- Strong proficiency with project management tools, specifically Incident.io (and others, including Asana and Airtable).
- Strong proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.), including formulas for automation.
- Experience working in a highly cross-functional environment where communication with multiple groups and stakeholders is imperative.
- Familiarity with communication tools including Slack, Gmail, Zoom.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with complex data sets.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify patterns and trends in incident data.
- Demonstrate a strong bias towards action, proactively identifying opportunities and swiftly driving solutions to completion.
