A well-established organization in the southern suburbs is seeking an Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations with a focus on payroll coordination. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

OVERVIEW OF THE OFFICE MANAGER ROLE:

  • The Office Manager will oversee and coordinate daily office operations

  • Prepare and process payroll in a timely and accurate manner

  • Maintain organized records, files, and reports

  • The Office Manager will assist with scheduling, meeting preparation, and correspondence

  • Support leadership with administrative and operational needs

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE OFFICE MANAGER:

  • 3+ years of office management or administrative leadership experience

  • Experience with payroll processing preferred

  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & QuickBooks
