OVERVIEW OF THE OFFICE MANAGER ROLE:
The Office Manager will oversee and coordinate daily office operations
Prepare and process payroll in a timely and accurate manner
Maintain organized records, files, and reports
The Office Manager will assist with scheduling, meeting preparation, and correspondence
Support leadership with administrative and operational needs
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE OFFICE MANAGER:
3+ years of office management or administrative leadership experience
Experience with payroll processing preferred
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & QuickBooks
