Core Responsibilities of the Actuary

• Conduct actuarial analyses supporting pricing, reserving, and risk management
• Assist with product development, underwriting strategy, and forecasting initiatives
• Evaluate complex data sets to uncover trends, exposure, and profitability insights
• Collaborate with finance, underwriting, and leadership on cross-functional projects
• Maintain and enhance actuarial models, assumptions, and documentation

Required Background for the Actuary

• Active progress toward actuarial credentials required
• ACAS designation or near completion through the Casualty Actuarial Society
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with actuarial modeling experience
