We are partnered with a well-established Indianapolis organization seeking a Senior Accountant to join their growing accounting team. This role offers strong visibility, meaningful responsibility, and clear long-term growth potential for someone looking to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities
• Own key aspects of the month-end close, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Analyze financial results and support leadership with variance analysis and ad-hoc reporting
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and process improvements as the business continues to grow
• Partner cross-functionally to improve controls, reporting accuracy, and efficiency

What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP and month-end close processes
• Desire to grow into expanded responsibilities over time
