Job Title: Office Manager
Location: On-Site in Wickliffe, OH
Schedule: Monday–Friday, On-Site (Flexible Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM) end early on Friday!
Salary: $75k-$85k depending on experience, full benefits, retirement plan

Key Responsibilities (Office Manager):
- Handle Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll
- Process certified payroll and support compliance requirements
- Assist with job costing and basic financial reporting
- Prepare AIA billing and lien waivers
- Provide general office and administrative support
Qualifications (Office Manager):
- 2–3+ years of accounting experience preferred
- Construction or job-cost accounting experience a plus
- Experience with Foundation
- Notary Public preferred
