Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and update the HR information system to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate new-hire orientations and manage a smooth, positive onboarding process.
- Ensure the company remains compliant with federal, state, and local employment laws; recommend updates to policies and internal practices as needed.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, such as company events, outings, and culture-building activities.
Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a human resources role.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
