CFS has partnered with a rapidly-expanding real estate investment and development firm in seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join their growing team in Brighton, MA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of benefits administration, including 401(k) program coordination.
  • Maintain and update the HR information system to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate new-hire orientations and manage a smooth, positive onboarding process.
  • Ensure the company remains compliant with federal, state, and local employment laws; recommend updates to policies and internal practices as needed.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, such as company events, outings, and culture-building activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a human resources role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
Salary range:
$55,000 - 70,000
