We are partnered with a medical device manufacturing firm that is on the front lines of medicine. As a Senior Accountant you’ll work side-by-side with experienced finance leadership, gain exposure to SOX, revenue, and complex accounting areas, and play a key role in building scalable, IPO-ready processes. This is more than a traditional close-and-reconcile Senior Accountant role — it’s a chance to help shape the future of a rapidly expanding public company. This has the opportunity to grow into an Accounting Manager in time
What You’ll Own as a Senior Accountant
- Lead accrued liabilities, payroll/compensation accruals, and debt accounting
- Drive month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close
- Prepare and review account reconciliations. Contribute to financial statement support and documentation
- As a Senior Accountant you will support SOX/internal controls remediation
- Strengthen processes and help resolve material weaknesses
- Partner cross-functionally to drive better accuracy, scalability, and efficiency
- Revenue recognition consideration
- Contract evaluation and technical accounting collaboration

Who We're Looking For as a Senior Accountant:
- 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience
- Public accounting or public company experience
- Strong understanding of accruals, reconciliations, month-end close
- Interest in SOX, technical accounting, and process transformation
- Curiosity, ownership mentality, and comfort in a fast-moving environment
