Senior Property Accountant
Location: North Miami, FL. (On-Site)
Compensation: $70,000-$95,000

Senior Property Accountant Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day property accounting for a portfolio of 40+ industrial properties, ensuring accuracy and efficiency within Yardi across multiple customized client setups
• Contribute to budgeting, variance analysis, and recurring financial reporting for both institutional and private ownership groups
• Partner closely with the Controller to develop clearly documented, scalable accounting processes and internal controls
• Support lease administration reviews, apply sound judgment, and assist with ad hoc client requests
• Communicate directly with sophisticated, detail-oriented clients (including institutional investors) while maintaining precision and professionalism

Senior Property Accountant Qualifications:

• Experience with Yardi or other large property management software.
• Minimum of two years in commercial or industrial real estate, or similar field.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
