Location: St. Joseph County, Indiana
Schedule: Onsite | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $39,520–$45,760 annually (equivalent to $19–$22/hour)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Order Entry Specialist to join a growing team in St. Joseph County, Indiana. The Order Entry Specialist will be responsible for accurately processing customer orders, verifying information, and ensuring timely order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities of the Order Entry Specialist
Review, verify, and enter customer orders received via phone, email, or online portals
Confirm pricing, quantities, shipping details, and special instructions
Communicate with sales, warehouse, and accounting teams to ensure order accuracy
Track orders and follow up on discrepancies or delays
Maintain accurate customer and order records within ERP system
Assist with invoicing and documentation as needed
Provide professional customer support regarding order status
Qualifications for the Order Entry Specialist
High school diploma required; associate degree preferred
1+ year of order entry, customer service, or administrative experience
Experience working within an ERP system
Strong data entry skills with high accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
Ability to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail
