Title: Financial Planning & Analysis Manager
Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL
Compensation: $110,000 – $150,000

The FP&A Manager will drive financial planning, analysis, and modeling efforts to support both strategic initiatives and day-to-day operational decision-making across the business.

FP&A Manager Responsibilities:

• Translate complex financial data into actionable insights and executive-level presentations.
• Perform margin, pricing, overhead, and cost efficiency analyses to strengthen overall profitability.
• Develop annual budgets, rolling forecasts, long-range plans, and detailed scenario analyses.
• Evaluate financial results, identify trends and variances, and clearly communicate risks and opportunities to leadership.
• Partner with operations to align financial performance with key drivers such as labor utilization, productivity, and backlog.
• Lead capital planning efforts and provide analytical support for strategic projects, including acquisitions and integrations.
• Improve and scale forecasting, reporting, and analytics processes to support continued growth.
• Oversee financial data integrity, manage ERP financial structures, and collaborate with IT on system enhancements.
• Advance dashboards, KPIs, and reporting capabilities to increase transparency and accountability.

Qualifications

• Industry background in Construction, Manufacturing, or Distribution preferred.
• 5-10+ years of progressive finance experience.
• Proven ability to build and maintain comprehensive financial models.
• Solid knowledge of job costing, margin analysis, and operational KPIs.
