Primary Responsibilities of the Senior Financial Analyst:
- Track divisional KPIs—including ROA, working capital, inventory turns, DSO, headcount, and bad debt—to assess performance.
- Analyze forecasts, variances, and financial trends to highlight risks and opportunities.
- Ensure financial results comply with internal controls and US GAAP.
- Partner with divisions on cost‑saving efforts and strategic initiatives.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities and help streamline close processes with accounting teams.
- Provide guidance for accurate, compliant financial reporting.
- Review balance‑sheet items, focusing on inventory and reserves.
- Prepare management reports and complete ad hoc financial analyses.
- Identify profitability drivers and areas for improvement.
- Assist in developing and maintaining corporate financial policies.

Preferred Experience for the Senior Financial Analyst:
- B.S. or B.A. in Accounting.
- CPA preferred.
- 6+ years relevant experience, including consolidations experience in a public company or public accounting firm.
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and consolidation principles.
- Experience with consolidation systems (Hyperion, OneStream, or similar).
- Advanced Excel skills.
Salary: $100,000-$110,000k + bonus
