Primary Responsibilities of the Senior Financial Analyst:

  • Track divisional KPIs—including ROA, working capital, inventory turns, DSO, headcount, and bad debt—to assess performance.
  • Analyze forecasts, variances, and financial trends to highlight risks and opportunities.
  • Ensure financial results comply with internal controls and US GAAP.
  • Partner with divisions on cost‑saving efforts and strategic initiatives.
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities and help streamline close processes with accounting teams.
  • Provide guidance for accurate, compliant financial reporting.
  • Review balance‑sheet items, focusing on inventory and reserves.
  • Prepare management reports and complete ad hoc financial analyses.
  • Identify profitability drivers and areas for improvement.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining corporate financial policies.

Preferred Experience for the Senior Financial Analyst:

  • B.S. or B.A. in Accounting.
  • CPA preferred.
  • 6+ years relevant experience, including consolidations experience in a public company or public accounting firm.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and consolidation principles.
  • Experience with consolidation systems (Hyperion, OneStream, or similar).
  • Advanced Excel skills.

Salary: $100,000-$110,000k + bonus
