Responsibilities: Accounting Manager

• Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team while fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture

• Oversee daily accounting operations with a focus on accuracy and efficiency

• Manage monthly and annual close, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation

• Ensure accurate revenue recognition (percentage of completion)

• Oversee project invoicing and billing

• Manage sales tax compliance, filings, and reviews

• Coordinate year-end financial audits and 401(k) audits

• Prepare annual regulatory filings

• Lead the budgeting and forecasting process with the CFO

• Provide financial insights to support decision-making

• Identify and implement process improvements and control enhancements

• Support additional duties as assigned by the CFO

Qualifications: Accounting Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; CPA or advanced degree preferred

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory or management responsibilities

• Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred

• ERP experience required; Business Central experience highly desirable

• Strong Excel and data analysis skills

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

• Strategic, detail-oriented Accounting Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment
